As we are nearing the implementation of the nuclear #deal, Barack Obama has just given power to his Secretary of State to allow the sale of passenger aircraft to #Iran, USA Today reports.

This is while Iran's FM, Javad Zarif in Vienna for talks over the deal, has said, "Today is a good day for the Iranian people as #sanctions will be lifted today", according to ISNA.
