The combination of sunset sunlight with an empty classroom... The combination of the moon, midnight, a silent lake, and the sound of frogs... The combination of a blue, purple, and hopeful sky, or the combination of her eyes with her hair...
You know... so many times, life gets hard Painful and dull
Peace doesn't stay with you, and you're constantly in torment
You struggle in the sea of your thoughts, and no lifeguard can find you
But in that same moment, a lifeguard made of your own kind helps you and pulls you up
And sometimes, there are two lifeguards
one leaning on the other's shoulder to find the courage to help!

Life isn't always hard... just as it's never absolutely amazing! It's as if "amazing" was invented for exaggeration in the first place
But one thing is real: the angel of life!
Yes... all of us will find it someday
If you're tired or hopeless, don't give up!Everything will be solved one day
You just need to sometimes surrender to fate, stop overthinking, and let go
Go into nature, spend time with your friends
Sometimes you have to rest so your soul becomes stronger
And if that doesn't work, maybe it's time to look more closely at your surroundings :)

Think about the past... can you see how many hardships you've overcome with strength? You are strong, you are capable! You just need to believe in yourself
Believe in your soul! None of us is amazing, so don't be too hard on yourself
Sometimes letting go means gaining
Sometimes resting doesn't mean wasting opportunities or time
Sometimes going out isn't just out of idleness
Sometimes loving isn't out of greed
And sometimes, beautiful things aren't just masks :)

If you feel like everything is too hard, just let go and rest. Believe me, you'll get through this too, and the days will get better
Just listen to the sounds around you and stay calm. You can handle it. You always have lifeguards... even if you can't see them :)
