breaking point..


Everytime I close my eyes
it's like a dark paradise
It's there, waiting for me to be at ease
I sit for hours begging please, just make this madness go away
I just want a clear frame of mind

The guilt, it overwhelms me
to the point that I can barely move
Going up the stairs has gotten
rather challenging

I could sit in a corner for hours,
obsessing over things that shouldn't even matter
Staring at the wall to pass time because that's the only thing I can do
Crying myself to sleep 'cause I'm ashamed of how I look

In the eyes of others
I'm nothing
Not worth anything
So what's the point in trying to save me?

I can't keep the thoughts to myself
They keep eating away at my self-conscience
until the only thing I can think about are all the things that I see wrong with myself

I've been trying to be good
Trying to be more aware of my feelings
and trying to control them

But you can only be pushed so far
until you've finally had it
No more limits
You've reached your breaking point.
