Phuong Quynh, 26, in portrait at her home in #BienHoa City, known as a major contamination hotspot of #Dioxin, aka #AgentOrange, during the war and still today. She actually couldn’t stop smiling at me during the visit with her and her family, but in a fraction of a second she gave me this look that seemed to say so much.
