They say a birthday is just an excuse, a reason to be happy.
But I think it is not enough on its own. My reason for happiness can be them, those who are even more excited about my birthday than I am and wish me happy birthday in a second.
In my opinion, in the face of certain things, one should not show a reaction, or in other words, one should not force a reaction.
In my rules, when a feeling is deeply and intensely felt inside a person, one should not try to express it through any means, because it will not be fully expressed, whether through words, images, emojis, or even stickers.
This is not a sign of having nothing in one's mind or heart.
